We want you to love your art. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund—no risk involved. We’ll help arrange the return shipment; you’ll just need to cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, we’re truly sorry for the trouble. We offer free exchanges for any pieces damaged during shipping. Simply email us at support@maxartify.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll handle everything with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement within a few days.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Return Guidelines
To make sure your return is accepted, please check the following:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
- The artwork should be in its original condition and ideally returned in the original packaging.
- If the original packaging is no longer available, please repackage the artwork securely and take photos for insurance purposes.
- If the item arrived damaged, please include a photo so we can resolve the shipping issue quickly.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned artwork, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.
- For Shop Pay payments, it may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
- For credit card payments, the refund may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Please note: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, and an additional 14 days to send it back.
